We have a busy month of PAL / RPAL courses as we try to get our newest instructor qualified to teach the courses on his own. It has been a long process, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully, when we return from our summer training break, our Manager of Training and Development, Thom Miller, will be certified to teach with our other instructors. This should help make the PAL / RPAL courses run a little smoother and hopefully reduce the amount of time we need to close the range for these courses.
